Worship during COVID-19
Worship Service – Sunday at 10:30 am
We offer both in-person and live stream worship on Sunday mornings.  Physical distancing seems to be the best way to prevent the spread of the virus, and many have chosen to watch the live stream rather than attend in person. We understand, we miss you, and we look forward to seeing you again.  Those of us attending in person services practice a combination of social distancing, wearing face masks, and observing some common sense practices to prevent the spread of the virus.

We still plan our service as we did before COVID-19, but with a new emphasis on the quality of our live stream.  If you attend in person you will experience the same type of service as before, but you will notice a new sound board in the foyer and a few cameras in the middle of the sanctuary.
Live Stream – The stream on our YouTube channel goes live at 10:20 am with announcements and a countdown to the 10:30 am start.  A few things to know as we welcome you to our Sunday service online:
  • You can find a link on our home page or go to YouTube and search Clinton Frame. Subscribe to our channel to get a notification when we go live.
  • Feel free to live chat with us during the service.
  • If you’re watching for the first time or have a private prayer request or message for the pastors, text us at 574-238-9420.
  • The live stream is saved to our YouTube channel to watch at any time.
In-Person Service – Doors open at 10:15 am for the 10:30 am service. We follow state guidelines and mandates for churches.  Some things to know as we welcome you to our Sunday service:
  • If you are experiencing any kind of illness or have been in contact with someone who is, please stay home, contact us so we can pray for you, and watch the live stream.
  • Face masks and social distancing are both recommended and encouraged when entering and exiting the building for worship.  Please greet each other verbally from an appropriate distance and don’t linger in the foyer.  There is plenty of room to social distance and talk outside the building before and after the service.
  • In the sanctuary please sit every other row and keep at least 3 seats, or 2 arm lengths, between you and anyone not in your household.  This will allow us to maintain a physical distance of 6 feet or more so people can remove their face mask to worship if that’s their preference.
  • Face masks are a widely debated and sometimes controversial topic.  The governor’s executive order to wear face masks lists several exceptions including small children, people with pre-existing medical conditions that prevent wearing a mask, and people attending a worship service who are socially distanced in their seats.  Please do not judge anyone else’s personal decision about wearing or not wearing a mask and refrain from conversations about the good or bad of wearing masks.  Instead we ask you to assume those not wearing masks are doing so under an exception.
  • Disposable face masks and hand sanitizer are available in the foyer near the main entrances.
  • We will not pass our offering plates during the service. Instead you will find containers in the foyer to drop your offering into.
  • Connections coffee shop is closed, but feel free to bring your own drink.
  • The nursery is open for changing diapers or feeding an infant.
  • We will not provide bulletins or any printed materials. Our bulletin is emailed each week.  Please contact the church office to be added to our bulletin email list.
Those who are at greater risk (those age 65+ and anyone with underlying health conditions) are encouraged to watch the livestream.  However, if you come we will not turn you away.  We trust that you are mature enough to make a wise decision.
We continue to evaluate our guidelines weekly.  We appreciate your prayers for the staff, our church family, and the community as we try to balance the importance of worship with the concern for public health.
